Yeah Boy!!

The most important step is always the first step . . .

I'm a 31 year old guy obsessed with custom motorcycles and fish. Yes, you heard it right, fish.

I've recently discovered the joys of writing and I have to admit that I actually like it. I thought that it was boring but when I started I just couldn't stop. I only started to write a blog because it was a requirement for a job that I was applying for and the funny thing about it is that they didn't even read what I wrote since I failed the interview.

I was introduced to motorcycles at an early age because my dad is in the buy and sell business. He mostly deal with cars but occasionally a motorcycle would be in his inventory.

My dad noticed my fascination with the vehicle and bought me my first motorcycle when I was 7 years old. It was a Yamaha PW 50, a small dirt bike under 50 cc. Then when I outgrew the bike he traded my Pee Wee with a Kawasaki KX 80 which was also a dirt bike. Usually we go trail riding during weekends since we lived almost right below the foot of the mountain in Binangonan, Rizal.

At the age of 11, I started motocross racing. I know I wasn't any good at it because I never placed anywhere higher than 7th place but I enjoy the freedom of riding with a bike.

That career was over because of an unfortunate accident when I was 13. One night I decided to go for a quick ride so I "borrowed" my grandfather's motorcycle and got ran over by a truck. I broke 2 bones on my left leg and 4 on my left foot. Because of this my dad decided not to let me ride again hence the rebellious phase of my life started.

I ran away from home.

During my "stokwa" period I ran with a rowdy crowd and did things that any parent would be ashamed of, I was either drunk or high most of the time which thank God ended when I was 20 or 21 I think. Just so you know guys, I am totally sober now.

But enough about that, let's talk about fish.

Like I mentioned in the first part of this blog, I'm into motorcycles and snorkeling. Every time I get the chance to do so, I travel with my wife and my trusty steed. We've traveled to most of the beaches in Luzon accessible by motorcycle exploring the mysteries of the ocean. I'm looking forward to writing more about my travels in the future.

Please feel free to give me feedback so that I could improve in my writing. There's no such thing as a negative or a positive feedback, it's just feedback.

That being said, I therefore end this blog post with some pictures and a video from one of my adventures and a quote from Robert Wyland,

"The ocean stirs the heart, inspire the imagination and brings eternal joy to the soul."

This is me with my trusty motorcycle at Ternate, Cavite.

Cannonball!

This is me conquering a 10 foot rock formation in Quezon. (Took me an hour flat.)

Here's a video of me crossing out one of the things to do on my bucket list. Which is to touch a poisonous snake in an uncontrolled environment!
